OWL was founded upon Chef Roman’s creative re-imaginations of traditional recipes while paying homage to his culinary heritage, and mindful cooking methods that’s rooted in an ‘ingredient focused and sustainability conscious’ philosophy. We pride ourselves on collaborating closely with farmers, suppliers and artisans, showcasing the diverse array of fresh produce available seasonally in the region. European cuisine crafted with local essence.

The venue is a house with a few incarnations, once as a residence of a prominent local doctor, another as a beloved yoga studio and now as a restaurant! With such beautiful large rain trees in the heart of the city, we wanted to enhance the feeling of tranquility and calmness, indulging in greenery and space, often missing in urban environment.

Appreciating nature is at the heart of our philosophy in both food and atmosphere, where we can take a breath and enjoy the moment, nourishing both our bodies and souls.
